Sitewide Footer Call to Action in single pages

Hi Support Team!
I’d like to ask, if it is possible to make a sitewide call to action widget on single pages? So that should look like what’s in the demo in the footer, but not on all pages, only on specific ones. When using Page Builder, and adding Pinnacle:Call to Action widget>it would be great, but I can’t set it to be sitewide.
