Change Portfolio Filter text on mobile.

i am working on my page, and i have a portfolio grid, and filter to display the different tours we offer.
only problem is when i am on the mobile device, the filter says “filter projects”
is there a way to get it to say “sort tours” instead?
I know there is but cannot find it myself and on the forum it has been raised, and solved, but with no answers I can see.
