Mobile header menu > different background/icon color when

When the mobile menu is not open, I would like to have the icon menu in white color with a transparent background in the header menu. But, when the mobile menu is opened, I would like to have :
– the icon menu in black
– the background color of the header menu (the row where the icon is) in white, in the same way to the background mobile menu (the drop-down).
I have tried to find by my-self the good css elements, but I am too novice :/
