How to Omit Author of a Review

Hello,
I want to omit all authors of all reviews. It’s my understanding that you use the comments> Screen option and uncheck the Author, which I did. But the author still shows. I added a review on *Login to see link to test and y name is still displayed. Can anyone guide me on how to stop the author from being shown?
