Topbar menu and Secondary menu both to be displayed on mobile?

Hello Support team!
Is this possible to display both Topbar menu (Magazine Topbar) and Secondary menu (Magazine menu) on Mobile? I would need all the menus there.
Theme is Magazine Style Ascend theme.
