Dropdown time after mouse is taken off over primary menu

Hi, how I increase time to dropdown menu closes automatically when mouse is taken off over primary menu dropdown menu?
Tablet users need first click my primary menu and then dropdown submenu open. Tablet users don’t have mouse so they need click superfast submenu selection and if they are too slow, dropdown menu closes automatically 🙁
