Can these Widgets Line Up?

Hello, I would very much like to have these two widgets line up on the home page. It’s a row with two widgets – the left has the kadence slider and the right has a contact form.
For the life of me, I can’t get them to line up and be even across the top. If I add a above the contact form it pushes it too far below and it still isn’t even across the top.
