Anchor hidden behind sticky header

Hello,
I’m trying to create anchor points in an FAQ page, but when I jump to the anchor point, the text that I’m trying to link to appears to be hidden behind the sticky header. Is there a way (possibly in CSS?) to create an offset that’s the height of the header for all of my anchors?
