Changing default text for woocommerce

Hi there! I would like to customize some of the current woocommerce text, would you guys be able to help?
How do I
1) change the text in the current ‘description’ tab to be in all caps?
2) change the text ‘READ MORE’ in the buttons of the products page to ‘VIEW’ instead.
