Permanent itle on portfolio items

Hi Teams,
another open issue on my list…
How do I keep the title and the portfolio category showing all the time instead just on hover of my portfolio items and keep the rest of the hover effects, like the overlay-color, the overlay-border and the image-transition?
Do i have to edit the content-loop-portfolio.php (childtheme) or is there any quick solution via custom css?
It should appear on home and on *Login to see link
I’am using the same portfolio-grid-template for *Login to see link but here i want to show the title only on hover, like it is.
