Include Image Alt-Text into Search Result?

Hi Hannah, Ben & Kevin,
is there an option to include all Meta-Fields of my images into the search result?
On my portfolio sites (*Login to see link to/) I have a lot of images on the different portfolio pages. But none of the pages where found, when I search for a text, that I’m using in the images title or alt-text. Only the content of the portfolio page is listed in the search results.
