Kadence Slide YouTube Load Issues

Hello, I am working on a site for my brother and I’m using Kadence slider for his homepage for desktop. The video is being pulled from YouTube. (I can’t do mp4 files even if they load faster because my brother wants views to count on YouTube when someone goes to his site.)
Kadence Slider is not loading the YouTube video correctly. Sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn’t. It shows up black and you can hear the song playing. Is there anyway I can optimize the slider to load faster and work every time? Here is the site: *Login to see link
