JS error causing popups not to load

Here’s the skinny from our plugin developer regarding your support request:
“Checked his jQuery version (v1.7.2), which is pretty old. That JS library is loading from a content delivery network (CDN), which means something overloaded it. Likely it’s his theme.
If he can remove the call to the CDN from his theme, and let WP load it’s version of jQuery (currently v1.12.4 as of WP version 4.8.2), that may resolve several of those JavaScript Console errors that appear related to needing a version of jQuery greater than v1.9+.

I just purchased the virtue plus theme, so I should have the latest version installed.
