Log-in to leave review? Change review text?

Hello,
1 A) Does customers have to be log-in and have purchased the product to leave a review? If not, how can I change this? Something similar to the look in the Ascend theme would be optimal: *Login to see link
1 B) If a customer have to be logged in, how can I then change the review text? Currently “Only logged in customers who have purchased this product may leave a review”? I would then like for it to say “Please log-in to your account(link) to leave a review if you have purchased this product”.
B) Is there a way to encourage customers to leave a review once they have paid for the order at the thank you page? Example add the text: “Once you have received your order, please come back and leave a review”
C) Is there a way to highlight reviews on the front page in the virtue theme similar to the style in the new ascend theme?
