I messaged Hanna on another platform and she has asked me to post here, the following is our message string.

“I am currently using Virtue – Premium 4.3.4. Every time I try to save an update on the theme options dashboard I get the following message in a pop-up window:

http://www.CampingTreasures.com says:
There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page

I this a problem with the theme or is this a problem with my domain host?
Please help, Thank You
Ian”

From Hanna
“Hi,
I don’t believe this is a theme issue. Do you know your php memory settings? It could be these need to be increased. I would suggest contacting your host and asking them. Let me know if that is not the issue.
In the future please use the premium support forums:
Hannah”

My PHP settings are set to now
memory_limit = 256M
upload_max_filesize = 100M
post_max_size = 105M
max_execution_time = 500
max_input_time = 500

Working with my host they traced the problem to the Jetpack plugin, when we deactivated it the error message no longer appears when saving updates to the Theme Options dashboard
