UPS plug-in error message

HI, When I changed an existing site to the Virtue Premium theme I got the following error message when someone goes to the shipping page. I just updated my WooCommerce tonight and now I am seeing it other places, I have a screen shot I can attach. Could this be related to the older UPS Quickbooks plug-in which worked fine until I updated the theme? All plug-ins and WP are up to date.
