Virtue Premium footer questions.

Hi, I’m using Virtue Primium.
I have tried to find a solution to a box in footer, so here are my questions.
Is it possible in the footer to make a box down the right corner something like zopim, a box where I can insert a shortcode for a chat.
A box that users can open and close (maximize / minimize)
I’m thinking if it could be made with a CSS code, to the footer in Virtue Premium
