VAT issues after last Woocommerce Update

I’ ve got a problem with the calculation of VAT for shipping costs after the last Woocommerce update. There’s is no calculation of VAT. Also the variable products VAT calculations are giving problems. All the prices are TAX included on our shops, but for variable products the TAX increases the price of the variable products in the shopping cart . So these products become more expensive in the shopping cart.
