Pinnacle Staff page in Ascend Theme

Hey!
I love the staff page in *Login to see link but can’t seem to wrap my head around how to pull the staff into my about page.
I know it isn’t a short code, is it a widget?
Can this be done in the Ascend theme or is it limited to Pinnacle?
I might just be missing something but after reading through all the threads about staff pages I still didn’t seem to find what I was looking for.
