viewing secondary menu on responsive device

How do a view the secondary menu in a responsive display? I can only see the main menu?
I am using a layout of standard with top bar and secondary menu
the site is set up on a local host so can’t share a link
DO l need to set up an additional mobile menu that includes all menu items from the min and secondary menu? or does it display automatically and l have missed something?
