Hacker issuse and lost the acend theme

Hello!
Actually, my service provider informed us our site had been attacked hacker and uploaded something on our website.
Then, my service provider took away the ascend theme for safety puropose. Now, our website looks differently. I updated latest verison of ascend theme at my localhost, save and published. But, no change for my site. What should I do now? http://www.nuppi.com.hk
