Header issues

Hi,
i’m starting a new project here: *Login to see link
and i found a few things not responding as expected:
1. On IE EDGE the whole header sometimes jumps at the bottom of the window when scrolling up and down.
2. On FF the Site Tagline won’t show next to the Logo, unless i also enable “Show Title”
Everything is the latest version, after a fresh install of Win 10
