Kadence related content image height

hi,
Is there a way to set the image height for the Kadence Related Content.
I’ve a problem with different size images (4×3 and 3×2) and I want to show them at the same height in the related content.
In the ascend theme I can set “Crop blog grid images to equal height” for Blog archive Settings, I want to do the same for related content.
