Create Page template Landing Page WITH Footer

Hi,
I´d like to add Landing Page Template WITH a footer.
I have a child theme created for Virtue Premium, I guess I´ll have to copy some file to my child theme directory an modify it, right?
I already tried some time to figure it out but I´m lost with php and the template files virtue provides.
Could you help me on this one?
