Virtue theme:
1. To create custom CSS for an *individual post* or an *individual page*: If I have the post or page’s ID, what form should the selector take to accomplish this, and would the selector vary according to the choice of a particular page template?
2. Same as above, but how to format selector for custom CSS applying to either *all posts* or *all pages*?
