Hi,

I have set the shop page to CATALOGUE and then set the shop page display to CATEGORIES & PRODUCTS – when published only 4 of the tope level categories appear? I’m sure I’m missing something simple but I can’t for the life of me figure it out right now – can anyone shed some light.
