Woo Templates: problem using shortcode widgets on product page

Hi,
I’m using the woo templates primarily to customise the product detail page.
I’ve noticed a couple of issues trying to use shortcode widgets on this page.
The first was a widget called “Woocommerce Calculate Shipping In Product Page”. Normally this would add the widget automatically to the product detail page, however with the woo templates layout, its necessary to add it via a shortcode. This didnt work.
I used the text box widget (as the html one doesnt work at all on this page) and added the shortcode. Updating the temmplate (hitting UPDATE) sends the user to another blank screen and fails to perform the update. I have to back browser button out of it.
Simmilarly with the YITH Add to Wishlist Plugin, if I use a shortcode [yith_wcwl_add_to_wishlist] in a text box, then update the page I get taken to a blank screen (<website-url>/wp-admin/post.php). On this occasion however the update seems to have been committed and the widget works.
