Theme Options Site in Admin Panel is empty

Hi,
I can not open the theme options site in WordPress admin panel.
All option sites are empty. The problem appear on different browsers, computers and on my mobile.
Caching on site and browser were cleared, all plugins were deactivated, problem is still there.
I think it is a javascript problem.
Wordpress and theme are updated to the the latest version.
