on a mobil screen( i-phone 5) it won’t show the front page

Hi there,
for some weeks now ( and i tried all kind of different settings) it shows on the mobil device only a search bar and the menu icon so the page looks very basic and not appealing. if i switch ( on the phone as well) to full few i can see the mobil few of the site like it’s supposed to be.
What’s wrong? how can i set it up right? What I’m doing wrong?
