Top menu & product carousel

Just want to know a couple of queries please.
Top menu, displaying on a computer the links are going onto more than one line but there is lots of space so how can this be adjusted to fit on one line.
The product carousel on homepage on a mobile device scrolls 2 products at a time, I’m sure it used to be 1 at a time previously where can i locate the option to make it one again that slides across the screen.
Also I would like to create a tool bar that displays £150 until Free delivery and every time you add an item to basket this changes and reduces, can this be done and any recommendations on how to do this.
