Child theme – upgrading from free to premium

Hi! I bought the premium upgrade for Virtue Theme, but I am very confused with how to install it without loosing any of the work I’ve already done with the free version. I have a child theme with the free version, but now, that I’ve uploaded the premium one, I’d like to work with the same child theme. Is it possible? what can I do?
