How do I reset Virtue Premium to the default settings?

I have been reading a lot in the forums and basically, I want a fresh install of Virtue Premium. I am new to WordPress and needed to learn the ropes, but now the site no longer looks like it did when I first installed it. I also have demo content and I don’t want that either. I have read that when you delete the theme and reinstall, it keeps all your content and customizations. I do not want that, I want it fresh and new. How do I accomplish that without having to delete my WordPress account and start from scratch?
