Pinnacle theme not allowing me to install revolution slider

Hello Kadence themes team! I haven’t ask a question in a long time to you. Here I am again. I just installed Pinacle on a wordpress site and I wanted to activate The Revolution slider but when I do, it gives me this message “Download failed. Not Found” so I cannot activate it. I will appreciate if you let me know what should I do to have that slider, if possible. Thanks and I look forward to your response. Best regards, Gustavo.
