Ascend running on Godaddy

Does anyone know if the Ascend theme runs on Godaddy WordPress shared servers? We have a site on there now running another theme, but want to upgrade to Ascend. I have had multiple problems running other programs like CodeIgniter on Godaddy hosts and didn’t want to risk taking down a live site.
