virtue update to 4.4.0 problem

Hello,
following problem,update from 4.3.8 to 4.4.0
virtue theme update to 4.4.0 comes the following error message
The file could not be copied virtue_premium/assets/js/min/select2_v4-min.js
how do i fix this
