primary menu item only as a title

Hy, i´m trying to make one of my items on the primary menu only as a title for two subitems. Make that item not clickable.
The primary item is SERVICES and the two subitems are SOCIAL / CORPORATE.
I need the SERVICES items only two open the secondary menu!
