Size of images in posts

Hi
The images heading my posts were previously displaying correctly (i.e. their original aspect ratio) on my home page. I have inadvertently changed something so that they are now cropped. I have spent a long time looking but haven’t been able to find what I have done. Help would be appreciated:-)
