"Site Tagline" not appearing below the "Site Title"

Hello Ben,
Have a quick query. May be I am missing something.
The “Site Tagline” is not appearing in the below of my site title. “Site Title” is coming properly but not Site Tagline below the title.
If it is not a current functionality , can it be possible to write some tagline/text in smaller font ( compared the Title) just below the Site Title ?.
I am in local MAMP server.
