Error while importing the slider

Hi!
I downloaded zip file from *Login to see link hope that I can importer to sliders but I keep getting error saying “Error while importing the slider” using the Import Slider button.
I understand that using the Kadence Importer plugin will delete all my setting – so I don’t want that to happen. But since there is (1) Import Slider button under Kadence Pro Sliders List and (2) zip file available to download (link above) my questions are:
Is there actually a way to import sliders?
Why am I getting an error message, and do I fix it?
Using FileZilla can I manually upload the sliders to my site? If yes, which directory?
