Multiple (empty) product variations & add to cart text

Dear All,
I have 2 problems within our shop *Login to see link
1) In our shop we have some products where some product-variations can’t be put into the cart. This only happens on the translated German site.
For example: *Login to see link where you can’t choose the orange/pink one.
Looking into the backend there suddenly are more than 155 variations for this product; once there were 2.
Now I’m looking for a way to select all the 153 unnecessary ones with a few clicks. But I only can open one by one and delete this one.
Another question: I had this problem already some months ago for some other products. Have you a clue, how that happens??

2) In WooExtras I added a cart text that properly appears on the English site but I can’t find a string translation for it. Where could I look for a translation into German? I already searched in WPML within the „Translate texts in admin screens“ but couldn’t find the text for the cart-message. Do you have an idea?
