Turn header off for mobile devices

Hi There,
I’m wanting to turn the header off and only show the secondary menu on mobile devices, definitely on smart phones and probably tablets.
I’m using Max Mega Menu so wanted to use it to hold all the header details along with the menu
Can you let me know the CSS to achieve the header switch off on the two smallest layouts.
