Woocommerce Product pages – How to sort by category

The menu is configured as a Product Category: “Newcomers”
However, the products displayed here belong to several Categories like Education, etc.

I created another category called “T-newcomers”
How can I display the products in this new category (“T-newcomers”) at the top of the page?
Can I use a short codes to sort categories?
I tried to look up Woocommerce help but wan not successful.
