Building subcategories pages for specific used

Hello KADENCE support,
I try to build clickable sub categories section for a category to sell the products If you look at Virtue Premium theme: *Login to see link under the main slider there are category such as Responsive, Ton Options, Clean Design, Ecommerce. I want to build two or three rows of these on a few categories pages as clickable subcategories. Is there any short code or theme-setting that is ready to use. If not what would be the best practice?
What is the best way to incorporate YouTube Video to our website? We use wide layout with right-side bar on our website and embed YouTube Video, but it is not Responsive. How to make it responsive?
