Cart is empty after adding Products as a guest user (using Woocommerce)

hi team,
I’m faced with a very peculiar problem. When I do not sign in and add products, the product gets added to the cart, but on visiting the cart, it says, cart is empty. However, when I’m logged in as a user, I’m able to add the products fine and they show up in the cart.
In an attempt to resolve, I tried multiple things:
a. Saved Permalinks
b. Checked Woocommerce logs and system tools. Flushed sessions too.
c. Flushed browser and WP super cache
d. Disabled WP Super cache plugin
e. Increase WP_MEMORY_LIMIT from 40M to 100M
f. Removed all customizations
I’m running out of ideas, this is crucial as my website is planned to go live.
I’d really appreciate your help in looking into this issue.
