BIG BUG on the homepage

Dear All,

I need urgent your helping.
I have a homepage man and he have done a really bad job and he have destroy my homepage.
And I dont know how to solve these problem.

He have make a child theme and I have deactivate the child theme but the mistake is still there

The BUG you see in the first line under the slider from the homepage ( there is a conflict between the top of the side ( I have check and see if i say to the theme that i would like to have the normal page titel – all is fine, but than I say dont show the page title I have these problem … have you any solution ( these problem is on all side of the homepage now ) —> IF I say dont show the pagetitle on the top

2nd. problem I have is the part under the headline

these 6 pictures are very lazy load and make a short “breaktrough ) than I scroll down ..

Have you also a idea what I can change in these case ?
