Make Topbar and Secondary Menu sticky

This isn’t a problem per se but rather a suggestion for the Ascend theme. There currently is’t an option to make just the Topbar and the Secondary menu sticky without including the Header. Personally I often include navigation in the Topbar and (obviously) Secondary Menu, and would love to make those two things sticky but not the header itself.
Perhaps that’s not practical with how the theme is laid out, but I figured it couldn’t hurt to mention. Thanks!
