Customized layout and added radio buttons for a mobile-only homepage

Hello,
I am updating text and text layout for a homepage version that will (should) only show up on mobile devices.
So far, I have been unable to duplicate the page layout requested by my client. She wants the page title and all page text centered. I do not see how to accomplish the former with the SiteOrigin Edit widget. I was able to accomplish the latter using formatting tools with the Edit widget.
My client would also like apply the special font used for her page titles to be applied to a heading within the mobile-only page. Please advise on how to do this.
And she wants to display radio buttons, with service offerings listed in centered text beneath. The radio buttons would link to the respective service offering pages. Please advise on how to do this.
