Primary and Secondary Menu

Hi there
I have increased my header container width to full width so my logo is flushed top left of my screen, though on this particular website I am suddenly unable to spread the 4 items in my primary or seconary menu along the full width of my screen. The menu runs full width, though the 4 page headings are not spaced evenly and neatly across the full length of the horizontal menu. Can you advise please? I added code so that they were spread at 25%, and on other websites this has been fine, but not this time.
