Sticky header cover the page title

Hello,
I have a problem with the sticky header that is experienced on the first page (homepage) only of the websites *Login to see link
When I am coming on this page, the sticky header is shorter (see Memorial1 image, *Login to see link After I browse the page up and down, the sticky header enlarges and covers the page title (see Memorial2 image, *Login to see link
When I refresh the page, the sticky header return to the shorter form. But after I browse it enlarges again and cover the page title.
This issue is for the homepage only.
Can you help me, please?
