Copy Header – Change hover colour of link

Please see link to site I am creating with Pinnacle theme.
Within the page there are three headers:
Touraco Cottage, Touraco Room and Contact us – Each with an image above.
I would like the Heading Link (EG: Touraco Cottage) to change colour from Charcoal to red when hovered over.
Please advise how I can do this.
